What does a real cadence mean — how often will you post?

It depends on the channel and your goals, and we set it together up front so it's a number we can both hold. What matters more than the raw count is consistency: a sustainable rhythm we keep every week beats a burst that fizzles in month two. We'd rather commit to a cadence we can run than promise a volume that collapses.

Can you handle short-form video, or do we need a separate video team?

We handle it in-house as part of the work. Scripting, shooting or sourcing, editing, captions, and publishing. For some shoots we direct creators or use UGC rather than a full production; we pick the approach that fits the budget and the platform. You don't need a separate team for social video.

Who owns the content and the accounts?
