What's your pricing model?

Most engagements are a flat monthly management fee, sized to the scope and the channels you're running — not a percentage of ad spend. Percentage-of-spend creates the wrong incentive: it rewards us for spending more, not for performing better. A flat fee keeps our interest aligned with your return. We'll quote the fee after we understand your accounts and goals.

Who owns the ad accounts and the data?

You do. We build and run everything inside accounts you own — Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, your analytics, your pixels. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it: the account history, the audiences, the creative, the learnings. We don't hold your data hostage.

How much should I be spending on ads?

It depends on your margins, your sales cycle, and what you're trying to learn versus scale. We'd rather start at a level where the data is clean and the math works than push a big budget before the account proves out. Once performance is stable and profitable, scaling spend is the easy part. We'll give you an honest read on what your numbers can support.

How fast will I see results?

Some channels move quickly — bottom-funnel search can produce within weeks. But durable performance takes longer, because it depends on creative testing, conversion tracking, and the algorithms learning your account. We're honest about the difference between an early signal and a stable result. Anyone promising a fixed timeline before seeing your data is guessing.

Do you make the ad creative, or do I need to supply it?

We make it. Performance creative — static, video, UGC-style — is part of the engagement, and it's usually the single biggest driver of results. If you have brand assets or product footage, we'll use them; if you don't, we produce what the tests need. The volume of creative is where AI helps our team keep cadence without thinning the quality.

Are you based in Los Angeles, and does that matter?

Yes — Metrix Digital has been in Los Angeles since 2014, and we work with mid-market brands here and beyond. Being local means real meetings when they help and a team in your timezone when something needs a fast decision. But the work travels: most of paid media is run remotely, and our results don't depend on a zip code.
