We use Klaviyo. Is that what you work in?

Yes. Klaviyo is our primary platform for e-commerce email and SMS, and it's where most of our clients already are. If you're on another ESP we'll tell you honestly whether to stay or migrate — we won't force a move that doesn't pay for itself.

How fast will we see results from email?

Flows usually start contributing within the first weeks once welcome, cart, and post-purchase sequences are live, because they capture intent that's already there. Campaign and retention gains build over a few months as segmentation and cadence mature. We won't promise a number we can't stand behind.

Our list is small. Is email worth it yet?
