High Caliber Line moves a high volume of custom orders. We built the systems that run the operation — purchase-order automation, AI email handling, quality control, and production tracking — and we run them in production.
High Caliber Line is a national promotional-products manufacturer moving a large volume of custom orders — each one carrying artwork, approvals, samples, and production steps. Their constraint was never demand. It was operations: purchase orders keyed by hand, order status scattered across systems, an inbox that never emptied, and quality checks that depended on someone catching the mismatch.
What we built
We built a custom operations platform that runs the order lifecycle end to end. Purchase-order intake is now near-fully automated. An AI layer triages and handles routine customer email so the team works the exceptions, not the queue. Quality control verifies orders against their source documents before they move. Artwork and proofing have a real workflow, the production floor has live tracking, and a single operations dashboard ties it together — all integrated with their ERP rather than bolted alongside it.
Why it’s the proof
This is the part of the business most agencies never touch, because it isn’t marketing and it isn’t a one-off build — it’s a system that has to be right every day, with someone accountable when it isn’t. We built it, and we run it in production.
